We accept all insurance plans that provide you with out-of-network benefits. Our office will work with your insurance carrier to maximize your benefit and we will bill them for your reimbursement. You are ultimately responsible for any unpaid balance on services rendered and for any co-payments and deductibles that your insurance does not cover.
Our fees are considered to fall within the acceptable range by most insurance companies and therefore are covered up to the maximum allowance determined by each carrier; however, not all services are covered by insurance benefits in all contracts. Some insurance companies arbitrarily select certain services they will not cover.
Insurance Claims
Our office will file claims for you electronically. You will not need to bring insurance forms with you. If you provide us with accurate information about your insurance plan we will gladly generate an estimate that summarizes your total out-of-pocket cost for treatment that is required and has been agreed-upon.
